This Notice explains how HospiCore PMS ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Service.
(a) Account information — name, email, role; (b) property and operational data you enter — reservations, guest records, financial entries, staff and inventory; (c) uploaded images such as guest IDs and logos; (d) usage information to operate and secure the Service. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, not by us.
To provide and maintain the Service, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, provide support, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell your personal information.
Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After closure, data is deleted or anonymised except where retention is required by law. You may request export or deletion.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to or restrict certain processing.
As a property using the Service, you control your guests' data and are responsible for handling it lawfully; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service.
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
We may update this Notice; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
