These Terms govern your use of HospiCore PMS ("the Service", "we", "our"), cloud-based hotel and property management software. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
HospiCore PMS is subscription software for managing reservations, folios, finances, reporting, staff roles, housekeeping, maintenance and inventory, delivered online across Windows, Android and web.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account, and must provide accurate information. You must be authorised to act for the property you register.
The Service is a paid monthly subscription priced by room count. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, whose buyer terms also apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; applicable taxes are handled by Paddle.
Where a free first month or other offer applies, standard charges begin after the promotional period unless you cancel beforehand.
You agree not to misuse the Service, access it by unauthorised means, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
You own the data you enter and grant us a limited right to process and store it to provide the Service. See our Privacy Notice.
The Service and its software, design and branding are owned by us and protected by law. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service during your subscription.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
You may cancel anytime per our Refund Policy. We may suspend access for breach. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may request a data export within a reasonable period.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
